While working in a healthcare staffing company, we saw the tedious task of human resources (HR). As the company rapidly grew, so did the challenges in managing HR tasks. HR job is increasingly demanding, and it was hard to keep up with hiring, scheduling, credentialing, messaging, and paper timesheets.
Driven by the desire to make HR processes more efficient and less overwhelming, iWORKit was founded as a solution. Developers, designers, and project managers teamed up together to create a software solution that would easily handle HR tasks. The iWORKit is a comprehensive platform that integrates the hiring, credentialing, scheduling, and timesheet recording between employers, agencies, and employees.
